Notes
Existing facilities: site currently consists of eight full size equivalent grass pitches with changing facilities. There is also two full size (11v11) and four 5v5 sized 3G FTPs. Consultation with Fleetwood Town Community Trust identifies long term ambitions to install a dome over one of the FTPs, with the view that this will help enable an increase of usage from not just the professional club but also the wider community, to help enable more inclusion and disability football delivery. The option to install a dome on one of the existing FTPS is referred to as 'Refurbish Existing 3G FTP' in the above project listing. Further investigation and analysis is required to explore the feasibility of this project.
Current users: the site is used as a match play venue for 18 teams from Fleetwood Town's youth and women's sides. Additionally, Preesall & Pilling FC, Anchorsholme FC, and the also utilise the site for match play.
