Notes
Bull Lane Playing Fields is currently a multi pitch venue with no current affiliated users. Situated within the Selby Urban Village development footprint, the overall site will incorporate new housing (200 homes), and redevelopment of the existing Selby Centre, which is managed by The Selby Trust. The Selby Centre is home to a range of diverse social action organisations delivering social impact programmes to communities across Haringey and Enfield.
Selby Urban Village development straddles land in both Haringey and Enfield, and the existing Bull Lane Playing Field site is located in Enfield. However, it is Haringey Borough Council that has ownership of the land and responsibility for the urban village development.
In spring 2025 Haringey Borough Council received a Football Foundation grant to develop an 11v11 3G with supporting ancillary provision. Development plans and associated time scales are currently being worked through. Considering the sites location it is expected that residents from both Haringey and Enfield will benefit. Expected user clubs are identified as; Rose FC (ten teams, England 1* Accredited Club), White Star FC (25 teams, England 1* Accredited Club), Barnet Panthers FC (six teams, England 1* Accredited Club), Chettle Court Rangers FC (14 teams, England 1* Accredited Club).
There is also a multi sport consideration, with potential rugby union and other sports use of the proposed 3G FTP.
