Notes
Bournville Rugby Football Club has been identified by the LFFP Steering Group as requiring a resurface of its existing 3G FTP.
The Birmingham PPOSS (2023) assessed the 3G FTP as good quality. However, the 11v11 3G FTP at the site was built in 2018 thus, during the lifespan of the LFFP, it will require resurfacing (by 2028). The 11v11 3G FTP will need to be appropriately refurbished to meet World Rugby compliancy for the continued use of rugby union and rugby league activity (by Bournville RFC and Birmingham Bulldogs RLFC).
The development at Bournville Rugby Football Club could serve community football clubs such as Harborne Youth FC (15 teams, England 1* Accredited Club) and Bartley Reds FC (30 teams, England 2* Accredited Club).
The ancillary facilities at Bournville Rugby Football Club are considered to be good quality and not in need of refurbishment to accompany the 3G FTP (PPOSS 2023).
